Data Deletion Policy

This policy outlines what happens to your personal data when you choose to delete your Modam account.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the Modam app by navigating to Profile → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. You may also email a deletion request to modamceo2026@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

Please note that deleting your account does not automatically erase data that we are legally required to keep. We may retain certain data after account deletion, including:

Account deletion is a permanent process. Once initiated, you will not be able to log back in to recover order history, messages, or followers. You will need to create an entirely new account if you wish to use Modam again.
